Mammillaria wrightii

Beautiful cactus which owes its name to the American botanist Charles Wright. It has a stem with a globular shape that can become cylindrical with growth, with tubercles of an intense dark green. The body of the plant is almost completely hidden by long and thin white radial spines, arranged in a pattern to wrap around the cactus. Between them are the long brownish central spines, facing outwards and hooked. At its apex, its large flowers of an extremely bright purple are arranged as a corolla, which give the cactaceae a touch of color and liveliness, perfect for adorning your spaces.
