It is a semi-cylindrical cactus, that branches out at the base and can reach up to 15 cm in height. Its green body is covered with numerous white spines with brown tips. In spring it blooms with beautiful large flowers, that surround the apex of the plant and last a few days. They are composed of fascinating pink petals with lighter shades at the edges.
