Mammillaria perezdelarosae

It's a solitary cactus of a perfectly spherical shape at a young age, which, as it grows, takes on a cylindrical and branched form. Particularly sought after by green collectors for its breathtaking appearance, characterized by the contrast between the spines: the central ones are long and curved downwards, shaded from orange to black; the radial ones are white, combed and short and, together with the down, cover the whole plant, giving it an overall appearance with a characteristic silver color, almost glassy. At the end of winter, the beauty of this Mammillaria is accentuated by the corolla of elegant cream to light pink flowers, surrounding the apex.
