Mammillaria muehlenpfordtii

A cactus with a solitary habit, which over time clusters at the base. It has green globose stems, that with the growth become cylindrical, entirely covered with spines. The radial spines, which almost entirely cover the body of the plant, are small and thin, of an almost glassy white color, the central ones are longer, curved outwards and are of a brownish-yellow color, with the tips, that tend to darken, as they grow. During the flowering season, it blooms with small flowers, arranged at the apex in a ring, which are of a beautiful color, ranging from light to bright pink.
