Pot: 6,5 cm.
In nature it grows in a wide range of altitudes, from 700 to 1,250 meters above sea level. It is a columnar cactus, that initially grows in height and then assumes an almost creeping posture. The green-gray stem is covered with thick spines, that almost obscure the plant. The central and brown spines are longer and curved upwards and appear to be wrapping around the apex. From March to April you can admire its beautiful crown of bright pink flowers with red-violet shades.
