Mammillaria lindsayi f. variegated

The variegated shape of this cactus has the typical yellow areas in the exact points where chlorophyll is absent: these characteristics will never be the same from one plant to another, therefore each specimen will be absolutely unique and, for this reason, highly sought after by collectors. It is an initially solitary cactacea that can grow abundantly over time. Its stem is globular, with a slightly depressed apex, often completely covered with white down. It has multiple conical tubercles from which numerous white radial spines protrude, in strong contrast with the brownish central spines, which are longer and rigid. Flowering occurs in a ring on the upper part of the plant, generating yellow flowers with glossy petals.
