Mammillaria jaliscana

This specimen of Mammillaria has a green globose stem with tubercles. Its spines entirely cover the plant, emerge from the downy areoles and are radial and central: the radial ones are arranged radially, white and thin while the central ones are longer, brown in colour and hooked. The beautiful flowers of M. jaliscana bloom at the apex of the stem, they are light pink in colour.
