Mammillaria hutchisoniana

This specimen of cactus native to Mexico is highly appreciated for its attractive appearance. Its globular stem with tubercles is green in colour and has downy areoles from which its spines emerge. Its flowers bloom at the apex of the stem, are light pink-cream in colour and give a touch of delicacy to the plant.
