Mammillaria herrerae

Also known as the “Golf ball cactus”, it is a small spherical cactacea, deeply covered with short and thick white spines, which, in its natural habitat, protect it from the sun and cold. Flowering occurs only after the plant has reached 5-7 years, and produces funnel-shaped flowers of various colors, ranging from pale pink to purplish red.
