Mammillaria cv. Chiara Blando

Extremely original cactacea, randomly obtained in nursery by the Sicilian Ignazio Blando (hence the name of the species) among the exemplars of another cultivar, Mammillaria cv. Blando. Considered absolutely one of the most beautiful and extravagant Mammillaries, it is an original monstrous plant formed by more lighted heaps of small asymmetrical heads and never equal from one specimen to another. It has dark green tubercles, long and narrow, at the apex of which emerge showy areoles without thorns, white, woolly, narrow and elongated, which cover almost completely the body with their sometimes wavy course. The overall effect is similar to a soft bearing adorned with small cotton balls: an absolutely unique and original exemplar, impossible to confuse and perfect to give an extra gear to your collections!
