Mammillaria brevicrinita

It is a small-sized cactus with a globular stem of a dark green color. It has numerous conical shaped tubercles. At the ends of these tubercles there are small, scarcely downy areoles, from which red, hooked, thin spines emerge. Long white spines wrap around the stem. It blooms with funnel-shaped flowers, of a whitish-yellow color.
