The name 'Lithops' derives from the Greek words "lithos" ("stone") and "opsis" ("aspect"), for this reason they are often called "living stones". In nature they grow in desert and arid lands, where they blend in perfectly with the soil. Its leaves, of a slightly convex shape, are of reddish-brown colors, with a yellow variegation on one of the two leaves. From the small slot, that separates the leaves, we can admire beautiful white flowers, that bloom in autumn.
