Description:

L. Chocolate and strawberries' is a hybrid considered very rare and particularly appreciated for its variegation, which makes the plant quite characteristic, a real gem for collectors: the play of color between brown and rose present in the lanceolate-shaped leaves is as unusual as it is fascinating, in fact it recalls very well the unmistakable colouration of chocolate and strawberry, hence its nice denomination. This plant is formed by several stems from which are born wonderful rosettes with fleshy leaves. L. Chocolate and strawberries' is a truly unique exemplar, perfect for decorating in an original way any location, giving it extremely original tones.

Plant care:

It needs a lot of light during all seasons, however avoiding the direct rays of the sun especially in the hottest hours of the day, as they risk to cause sunburn on the leaves

It is preferable to keep it at mild temperatures and above all never lower than 8 º C, for this reason it is recommended to place it in sheltered places during the winter.

Water moderately, only when the soil is completely dry. It’s enough once a week in the spring and summer and suspend altogether in the winter.

It is optimal to have a strongly draining soil, in order to avoid rottenness, for example formed by a mixture of peat and pumice so that water does not stagnate.

It does not need frequent fertilizations, it will be sufficient to dilute the fertilizer with the water of the waterings once a year.
