Art. 44183
It is an extremely different species, compared to other Haworthias, belonging to the same genus, consisting no longer of rosettes, but of fleshy leaves, arranged in a fan shape which, with growth, seem almost crested. They are characterized by the shape, cut horizontally on the tip (hence the name 'truncata') and have a warty surface, of a dark green color, sometimes streaked with white-greyish and equipped with translucent windows on the truncated part, which facilitates photosynthesis by making enter the light inside the plant, while limiting the dissipation of water.
