Gymnocalycium marsoneri

It is a globular cactus, flattened at the apex, which grows up to 14 cm in diameter. It has well pronounced tubercles, on which downy elliptical areoles of a yellowish color are formed. The spines are generally 5-7 in number, slightly curved towards the body, of a color that fades from yellowish to dark brown, up to blackish on the tip. During the flowering season, it produces creamy white bell-shaped flowers. The Gymnocalycium marsoneri is easy to grow, so it is also ideal for those without a green thumb.
