Gymnocalycium lagunillasense KK850

This cactacea was found for the first time in the Lagunillas plateau (Bolivia), hence the name, given by the collector Karel Kníže, who gave it the code KK850. It's a globose cactus of an opaque dark green color, has multiple protuberances, on which large oval, white downy areoles emerge. It is equipped with dense sturdy white-gray spines, which completely envelop the body. Its inflorescences are bell-shaped with a silky sheen.
