Gymnocalycium kieslingii

Gymnocalycium kieslingii is a plant with a swollen underground root system. Its shape is roundish and its stem is covered with tubercles, from which sprout thorns that can vary from a stronger brown to a more tenuous one. Near the apex flowers appear that point upwards: they bloom frequently from early summer to autumn, usually in soft and delicate colors such as white or pale pink.
