Gymnocalycium amerhauseri f.crested

The crested shape of this wonderful cactus has a fan-shaped crest that will never be identical in different plants, making each one unique and for this reason highly sought after by collectors around the world. In its normal form, it is a cactus with a globular shape slightly flattened at the apex. Its dark green stem has rounded ribs above which are white and fluffy areoles. From the latter, comb-like spines emerge that are arranged in clusters similar to spiders. During the summer/autumn period you can admire its abundant blooms of pinkish white color.
