Gymnocalycium ambatoense

A globose cactus of an opaque dark green color, it has multiple protuberances, on which large oval white downy areoles emerge. It is equipped with dense sturdy white-gray spines, which completely envelop the body of the plant. Its inflorescences are bell-shaped with a silky sheen.
