Description:
A small perennial succulent, that clusters over time, forming carpets up to 30 cm in diameter. It has soft and fleshy paired leaves of a green color, which change to red and purple, when exposed to intense light or in dry cold conditions. In autumn, at the top, it blooms with showy yellow flowers, very similar to the more common dandelions.

Plant care:
It requires a lot of light throughout the year, however, avoid direct sunlight especially during the hottest hours of the day.
It is preferable to keep it at mild temperatures and never below 7 °C, for this reason it is recommended to shelter it during the winter period.
Water moderately in summer but only when the soil is completely dry. Suspend watering completely in winter.
The best soil is a well draining one, so to avoid rotting, for example a mixture of peat and pumice so that the water does not stagnate.
They do not need frequent fertilization, it is sufficient to dilute the fertilizer with watering once a year.
