Succulent in miniature, a small jewel that does not exceed 4 cm in height, but tends to widen abundantly branching its slender woody stems adjacent to the ground to give rise to large carpets of a beautiful glaucous opaque green (characteristic color of the so-called "ice plants"). The foliage develops in pairs (hence the name of the species that, in Latin, literally means "double, coupled"), assuming shape similar to the fingers of a hand unlike most of the species of the genus, which take on a rounder and more compact shape. In early spring G. geminum will delight you with abundant blooming daisies in shades of pink-purple, able to fill your pretty bushes of color and liveliness for very long periods!
