Gibbaeum dispar

Graceful succulent in miniature, consisting of pairs of opposite leaves, merged together and separated only by the apical fissure. The foliage is extremely fleshy, with a shape similar to an egg slightly angular along the apex, enriched by a pleasantly velvety epidermis thanks to the microscopic papillae that cover it. Its light grey color contributes, together with its characteristic shape, to make G. dispar very similar to the pebbles with which it camouflages in nature, maintaining also the same dimensions of some centimeters and tending rather with the growth to give life to pleasant cushions with multiple heads. Only during the flowering season this precious succulent will show its vivacity with bright daisies flowers on the notes of bright violet.
