Gasteria brachyphylla
This beautiful succulent plant is also called "Klein Karoo ox-tongue", in fact, its fleshy and elongated leaves resemble a tongue. In Greek "brachy" means "short" and "phyllon" means "leaf", in fact, this plant has short triangular green leaves, with a smooth surface. It blooms in spring and, like all Gasterias, with the prolonged exposure to the direct sun it may take on brown colors, for this reason it is a perfect succulent plant for indoor environments.
