Euphorbia spannringii

This variety of Euphorbia is one of a kind. It features a woody caudex that stores water, forming reserves for periods of drought. Its leaves grow on green stems; they have an oval shape and serrated edges. The color of the leaves is dark green with light green veins. Its beautiful flowers are white in color and give a touch of delicacy to the plants. In its natural habitat the plant grows in rocky and gravelly soils, therefore well draining. The suitable soil for this plant is a very draining type of soil that preserves the plant from waterlogging which leads to the creation of root rot.
