Euphorbia horrida f. crested

A shrubby succulent plant, which over time tends to cluster at the base. Its bluish-green stem, waxy to the touch, has a grayish-white shade, which it loses with age. Its multiple irregular ribs can take on a wavy shape over time, and are framed by stiff brownish spines. Flowering occurs in the summer, covering the apex of the plant with small flowers of very variable colors, ranging from yellow to deep purple.
