Euphorbia atrox

Rare succulent plant with an unusual appearance, strongly thorny, consisting of a generally conical stem that can reach up to 30 cm in height, branching abundantly, to obtain the appearance of a large bristly bush. Its stems, of a bright light green color, are made up of extremely pronounced cylindrical tubercles, at the top of which there are large and long yellow-brown thorns, which are sometimes larger and more conspicuous than the plant itself. It is very rare in the wild, also because its growth is very slow, which is why it is often found grafted on some other cacti, to help and accelerate its development.
