Cactus with an extremely wild appearance, consisting of a rather light and bright green stem, with deeply furrowed longitudinal ribs, on which stand out large, rounded areoles rich in white down. From these last straight and thin radial spines branch off, yellowish in color and arranged in a radial pattern; the central spines, on the other hand, are more robust and much longer. It is precisely their length, combined with the perfectly straight and outward-facing character, which gives this cactus its almost aggressive appearance, perfect for bringing the charm of the desert directly to your home!

Plant care:
It likes an exposure to full sun in rather airy locations.
It is preferable to keep it at mild temperatures and never below 8 °C, for this reason it is recommended to shelter it during the winter period.
Water moderately but only when the soil is completely dry. It is enough to water the plant once a week in spring and summer and suspend watering completely in autumn and winter.
The best one is a very well-draining soil specific for cacti.
They do not need frequent fertilization, it is sufficient to dilute the fertilizer with watering once a year.
