Epithelantha greggii

This rare cactus is very particular, in fact, its bust is completely covered by thorns, that usually are white or greyish, but can have some reddish tips also. Along the stem there are many small tubercles. At the apex we can notice that the spherical shape tends to flatten : right there is born its diurnal flower that can take on different delicate colors. Epithelantha greggii is definitely a plant that cannot miss into a collection of cactus and succulent and will be loved by newbies too!
