Echinopsis eyriesii

It is a globular cactus with a solitary habit that, over time, tends to cluster. Its stem, of a light green color, has many very furrowed ribs, equipped with whitish and slightly downy areoles. Its spines are dense, thin, whitish and very short. During the flowering season, huge multi-layered flowers, of a white color with pink shades, bloom on long stems, generated by the areoles.
