Echinofossulocactus ochoterenaus

It is a globular cactus with a solitary habit. Its stem, light green, tending to olive green, concave at the apex, has multiple slender, well furrowed ribs of a very wavy shape, equipped with white downy areoles. The radial spines are thin, of a white color, while the central ones are of a brownish color, much longer and rigid, which tend to grow upwards. Flowering occurs at the apex of the plant, generating small, funnel-shaped flowers of a pale pink color with purple central streaks.
