Echinofossulocactus kellerianus

It is a globular cactus with a solitary habit. Its light green, tending to olive green, stem, concave at the apex, has multiple slender, well furrowed ribs of a wavy shape, equipped with large, very downy white areoles. The radial spines are thin, of a white color, while the central ones are much larger, long and flat, slightly curved upwards, of a yellowish color. Flowering occurs at the apex of the plant, generating small, funnel-shaped white flowers with purple central streaks.
