Echinocereus pulchellus f.crested

The crested shape of this cactaceae has a fan shape due to the cresting, a feature that makes it unique and highly sought after by collectors. In its normal form it is a cactus of small size, which does not exceed four centimeters in diameter and retains a globose shape, tending to ignite with growth. The spherical stem, of opaque green color, is furrowed by slight ribs from which emerge evident white spines, which remain very short but arranged in an exactly symmetrical way. This is a plant with a rather slow growth, which, due to its size, is perfect to grow in pots and will amaze you with its inflorescences so large that they often cover the entire stem, generally of a beautiful pinkish color.
