Echinocereus knippelianus

It is a cactaceae with a solitary habit, but over time it can also cluster at the base. The globular stem, of a bluish-green color, has slightly tuberculated ribs, equipped with small round areoles, well spaced from each other. It appears almost totally devoid of spines and the few ones it has are yellow and very thin. In spring it blooms with funnel-shaped pink or white flowers.
