Echeveria 'Hera'

Beautiful succulent not present in nature, but obtained in a Korean nursery by crossing, probably, a specimen of Echeveria purpusorum with one of Echeveria 'Afterglow'. The resulting plant has the typical rather large rosette arrangement and the foliage slightly curved upwards, consisting of fleshy, spoon-shaped and strongly pointed leaves. A strong point of E. 'Hera' is undoubtedly its fascinating color: covered with a whitish bloom that protects it, the succulent takes on an opaque and elegant appearance, of a beautiful light pastel green, on which the red margins stand out strongly, and well outlined, that seem drawn and accentuate even more the shape and perfect symmetry of this species!
