Description:

Elegant cultivar not present in nature but obtained in a nursery from crosses between different species of Echeveria. Characterized by a typical rosette arrangement, this specimen reaches considerable dimensions with its cylindrical and woody central stem. The leaves are fleshy, rounded and slightly concave like a spoon, enriched by evident, wavy, almost curled edges, which make the whole plant even more dynamic. The epidermis is undoubtedly one of the strengths of E. 'Harry butterfield', since to its pastel tones on the notes of opaque teal are added important pinkish or purple shades depending on the lesser or greater sun exposure, which end in bright red tones along the lively edges: the final effect is absolutely spectacular, perfect for giving your rooms the right mix of refinement and originality!

Plant care:

It requires a lot of light throughout the year, however, avoid direct sunlight especially during the hottest hours of the day.

It is preferable to keep it at mild temperatures and never below 10 °C, for this reason it is recommended to shelter it during the winter period.

Water moderately but only when the soil is completely dry. It is enough to water the plant once a week in spring and summer and suspend watering completely in autumn and winter.

The best soil is a well draining one, for example formed by a mixture of peat and pumice so that the water does not stagnate.

They do not need frequent fertilization, it is sufficient to dilute the fertilizer with watering once a year.
