Description:

The variegated shape of this succulent presents the typical paler areas, yellow or whitish, in the exact points where the chlorophyll is absent; such areas will never be identical from one plant to another, thus making each exemplar absolutely unique and, for this, much sought after by collectors. In its normal form it is an elegant succulent arranged in large rosettes that exceed even the 40 cm of diameter, consisting of flat leaves and that widen strongly towards the end, with edges sometimes pleasantly undulating and a shade that from the pinkish of the tips fades towards a delicate glaucous central green. In spring the charm of this plant is amplified by its small red or yellow flowers, sometimes shaded, perfect to add a touch of color to your environments!

Plant care:

It requires a lot of light throughout the year, however, avoid direct sunlight especially during the hottest hours of the day.

It is preferable to keep it at mild temperatures and never below 10 °C, for this reason it is recommended to shelter it during the winter period.

Water moderately but only when the soil is completely dry. It is enough to water the plant once a week in spring and summer and suspend watering completely in autumn and winter.

The best soil is a well draining one, for example formed by a mixture of peat and pumice so that the water does not stagnate.

They do not need frequent fertilization, it is sufficient to dilute the fertilizer with watering once a year.
