Description:

Peculiar succulent characterized by fleshy stems that do not exceed 50 cm in height and tend to branch at the base, completely covered with graceful rosettes of extremely original foliage: even 8-10 cm long, the leaves alternate along the body and are lanceolate, concave on the upper surface and often slightly curved downwards to hide the stem of the plant. The epidermis, of a characteristic bright green that fades towards red when the succulent is abundantly exposed to sunlight, is completely covered with a soft and short whitish down which, in addition to protecting Echeveria from atmospheric agents, makes it pleasantly velvety to the touch and characterized by inimitable silver reflections under the sun!

Plant care:

It requires a lot of light throughout the year, however, avoid direct sunlight especially during the hottest hours of the day.

It is preferable to keep it at mild temperatures and never below 10 °C, for this reason it is recommended to shelter it during the winter period.

Water moderately but only when the soil is completely dry. It is enough to water the plant once a week in spring and summer and suspend watering completely in autumn and winter.

The best soil is a well draining one, for example formed by a mixture of peat and pumice so that the water does not stagnate.

They do not need frequent fertilization, it is sufficient to dilute the fertilizer with watering once a year.
