Also called “Kebab bush”, its name “Rupestris” derives from Latin and means “rocky” or “found on rocks”, in fact, in nature it grows among the rocks of the Orange River in the Fish River valley. It is a beautiful shrubby succulent plant, with fleshy, compact leaves that form small rosettes. Like many other plants of its kind, when exposed to the sun and in dry cold conditions, its light green color changes to intense yellow with reddish edges. In the period from winter to spring you can admire its clusters of small starry flowers in white and pink colors. This succulent is perfect for adding color to your rock gardens.
