Crassula cv. Celia is a nursery-produced hybrid between Crassula mesembryanthemopsis and C. susannae. The result is a tiny, graceful, compact, very slow-growing succulent that appears as a rounded cluster of overlapping rosettes of small, fleshy, concave, tongue-shaped leaves, colored a deep green and covered with a white bloom. There are actually two clones: one with narrow, thick leaves with a triangular shape at the end, l ‘other shape has more rounded leaf tips. It reaches a maximum height of about 10 centimeters, being very compact. The inflorescences do not have a visible peduncle, and are rounded thyrsi with many 5-petalled white flowers. Flowering occurs between December and January, but the flowering buds develop in autumn: the plant takes a long time to flower.
