Cotyledon ladismithiensis

Its name comes from the place where it was found - south of Ladismith in Little Karoo. It is a succulent plant, often called 'Fuzzy Bear Paws' or 'Bear's Paw' for its characteristic fleshy green-yellow leaves, toothed on the edges and totally covered with dense white hair. From May to July its beautiful yellow flowers with downy petals bloom. An easy to grow plant, however, you have to be careful to move it or transfer it because with just a little touch its leaves fall down. But don't worry, you can ground the fallen leaves, and they will root again giving you new offsets.
