Coryphantha palmeri

A solitary cactus, of a slightly cylindrical shape and of a bluish-green color, that has multiple protuberances on which round downy white areoles appear. It is equipped with radial spines, arranged in a whitish star, and central spines, present only at the apex, and which are robust and curved, of a reddish-brown color. During spring, pale yellow funnel-shaped flowers bloom at the top of the plant.
