Coryphantha nickelsae

Cactacea plant with a globular body and an erect and solitary posture. Its stem has numerous conoidal tubercles where dense white radial spines sprout at the top, straight and needle-like, arranged in a star shape, and between those grow much more robust central spines, slightly curved similar to small black horns. During the flowering period you can admire large and beautiful bright yellow flowers.
