Art. 18137
A small cactacea plant of a globular shape, with an erect and solitary habit. Its stem has numerous conoidal tubercles arranged transversely, with a white down between them and at the apex. Dense whitish, straight and needle-like radial spines appear from the areoles, which are arranged in a star shape; as well as much more robust and slightly curved central spines, similar to small black horns, hence the name 'C. cornifera'. During the flowering period you can admire its large and beautiful bright yellow flowers.
