Austrocephalocereus dybowskii

The name 'dybowskii' honors the botanist and agronomist Jean Dybowski. It is a columnar plant, that branches out at the base, its erect stems are completely covered with a soft white down. Its needle-like spines are of a yellow or brown color. Its magnificent white flowers open up at night. Synonym: Espostaopsis dybowskii.
