Austrocephalocereus dyboswkii f. crested

The species name is given in the honour of the botanist and agronomist Jean Dybowski. The crested shape is really spectacular: arranged in a fan, its white hair covers the entire wide and irregular trunk , making each exemplar absolutely unique and precious! In the normal form it is a wonderful columnar cactus that branches at the base; its erect stems are completely covered by a soft white down, which pleasantly contrasts with the thin needle-like thorns with yellow or brown hues.
