Astrophytum asterias f. crested

This small cactacea is one of the most famous and sought after Japanese cultivars, due to its rarity it is considered a must-have in every collection. This Astrophytum has a particular fan shape, that makes it unique and therefore highly appreciated by green collectors from all over the world. Its stem is of a dark green color, with fairly evident ribs and sparse downy white areoles.
