It is a succulent shrub with a climbing habit. It produces long stems, on which fleshy and oval, bright green leaves grow. During summer, it produces beautiful tubular flowers of an intense red color that bloom from a darker calyx - a characteristic, for which it is often also called the “Lipstick Plant”. Placed in a hanging vase, Aeschynanthus pulcher 'Mona Lisa' is perfect to adorn any corner of your apartment, giving a wonderful combination of colors!

Plant care:
It likes very bright spaces, but it is advisable to avoid direct sunlight.
It prefers medium or possibly warm temperatures, about 20-27 °C, or in any case never lower than 13 °C, therefore it is considered an indoor plant.
It needs a slightly humid substrate all year round, however avoiding stagnation of water.
A substrate for succulent plants is an optimal solution, perfect when mixed with the addition of peat for growth, and lapilli to ensure excellent drainage.
They do not need frequent fertilizations, it is enough to dilute fertilizer with watering once a year.
