Aeonium arboreum 'Luteovariegatum'

It is a very popular succulent for its three colors, that coexist harmoniously in a single specimen. It has rosettes, consisting of slightly wavy and variegated green and white leaves, which are pleasantly enlivened by reddish margins, if the plant is exposed to intense brightness. As in most succulents, the leaf redness is more or less accentuated, according to the seasons and exposure to the sun, so each specimen will be unique!
