Aeonium arboreum f. crested

The crested shape of this succulent presents the crest fan, never identical in plants, making each exemplar unique in its kind and for this reason much appreciated by collectors. In its normal form it is a beautiful succulent shrub plant, which produces long woody stems (up to 1 m), on which numerous symmetrical rosettes grow. The leaves are fleshy, lanceolate, spatula-shaped, ending in tip, generally green (in some varieties dark red, purple). In spring-summer it blooms with small flowers of color varying from white and yellow, up to the greenish, forming clusters on the top of the rosettes. Aeonium arboreum is an outdoor plant, ideal to adorn your gardens or balconies, creating wonderful green carpets.
