Acanthocalycium spiniflorum f. variegated

Beautiful exemplar of globe-shaped cactus that with growth tends to become cylindrical. Its stem of intense green color has well delineated ribs above which we find the white woolly areoles. From the latter come out the thorns, brown in color that over time become yellowish-white and are slightly curved. Its variegated form presents the areas of lighter shades, due to the variegation, never identical in the specimens of this genus. For this reason every plant is unique and very sought after by collectors all over the world. The wonderful campanulate flowers of A. spiniflorum f. variegata, bloom at the apex of the plant and are white or light pink in color.
